Mission Statement: No Mo Murders Stop The Violence, Inc. mission is to give the opportunity for youth to meet with their peers, socialize, and learn life skills to be more present in their community in which they live. No Mo Murders Stop The Violence, Inc. endeavors to become a community based program that addresses the need for positive environments, life skills, and mentorship for the youth in our community.

No Mo Murders Stop The Violence, Inc. will accomplish this by collaborating with counselors, businesses, community organizations as well as other non-profit organizations to build healthy relationships and obtain the resources needed to succeed. Our organization is committed to providing resources, knowledge, skills, and other services revolving around the youth. We desire to identify market-based growth opportunities in our communities through our own research, education, policy development, and programs that will lead to a paradigm shift in the approach of inner-city community economic development for the youth in our communities.
We endeavor to have a positive impact on developing their character to become outstanding citizens in society. With our enhanced organizational structure,No Mo Murders Stop The Violence, Inc. is expanding and able to provide more critical programming and services play a large role in enabling youth to reach their full potential and
gain the confidence and skills they need to become a part of their community.
Meet Our Board
Latwanda Langdon
Executive Director
LATWANDA LANGDON is the Motivating Force behind the No Mo Murders Stop The Violence Inc Non-Profit Organization. Latwanda decided to continue the legacy left behind by her late brother Antonio Roundhead Smith who had a vision in 2013 after experiencing multiple tragedies in the community from gun violence,and that is how the No Mo Murders Organization was created to remove the negative stigma surrounding the minority community and to teach a positive alternative to conflict resolution.
For over 10 years, Latwanda has fulfilled several directorial roles including serving as Founder/Director FLY WOMEN/FLY GIRLZ mentoring program, where she assisted with the planning and coordination of the programs activities. Latwanda also served as Organizational Director of LYTC Leading Youth To Christ Mentorship Program from 2004-2009. Latwanda Strongly believes that youth are the Future and investing time, education and love into our youth will help to make them more productive members of society and deter them from violent behavior.
Latwanda owns her own Travel and Financial Services Business. She has previous experience as a DFACS/CAPS Case Worker, Senior Mortgage Loan Processor as well as StartUp Project Management. Latwanda prides herself in mentoring women and teenage girls and is an Inspirational role model for the youth in her community.
Latwanda earned her Bachelor's Degree from Georgia State University in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Programming In her spare time Latwanda Enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. She also loves to ride her Harley Freewheeler, Traveling and Shopping.
Reginald Brown
Director of Security and Fly Guys Mentorship

Reginald Brown has been working for the Federal Government for over 25 years. He is currently serving as a Physical Security Specialist with the Veterans Affairs Health Administration (VA).Reginald is also a certified Instructor with VA Police Services.He has years of experience in both the government and private sectors and has managed several highly esteemed organizations throughout his military and civilian federal government career. Reginald has a commanding presence in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and energy to encourage others to work tirelessly towards success. Reginald is inspired daily by his wife and children. In his free time, Reginald likes to ride his motorcycle, travel, and spend his time with family and friends.
Shannon Lewis
Director of Logistics

Ms. Lewis currently works for the United States Air Force since 2005 serving as a Leader for the MAJCOM. Previously deployed to Afghanistan from Sep 2019 to Nov 2020 as a Multi-National Logistics Officer. She held various positions working for the Air Force as a Management Analyst, Compliance Officer, Finance Management, Protocol Officer, and Training Manager. Shannon obtained her Bachelor’s in Business and Master’s Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Walden University.

As the Director of Logistics, Ms. Lewis designs and implements strategies that continuously encourage the growth and development of community fundraising efforts utilizing technology to auspiciously preserve, reinvent and recruit new members. Offering guidance on the testing and the adoption of new strategies to increase the membership portfolio and revenue.

During her free time, she is an advent motorcycle rider herself, accomplishing the 48 states, as well as various Iron Butt, runs, she truly enjoys teaching others her passion. As a certified Rider Coach with Motorcycle Safety Foundation, she teaches all ages how to ride a motorcycle.
Delreka Humphries
Administrative Director

Delreka Humphries is the determined, and principled director of administration with proficient leadership skills to manage and improve the efficiency of No Mo Murders Inc’s operations. These duties include but are not limited to managing the administrative staff, guiding operational methods, disbursing funds to departments, analyzing financial data and developing operating procedures and policies.
Delreka has over 8 years of leadership and managerial experience with strategic thinking ability. A talent for finance and budget, a keen ability to multitask with superior interpersonal skills. With a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, she ensures that administrative functions run effortlessly and improves the organization’s financial status through accurate disbursement monitoring and budget forecasting.
Delreka consistently oversees day-to-day operations and maintenance agreements with vendors. Updates executives on business performance and is reliable and self-motivated. She loves to spend time with her son in her spare time and travel with family.

Home Economics
The definition of home economics is the study of how to run a household. The course that teaches cooking and sewing in school is an example of home economics. The study of homemaking, including cookery, needlework, cleaning etc.
Cosmetology
Cosmetology is the art and science of improving and beautifying the hair, skin, and nails. Students learn to work with these parts of the human body, studying cosmetics, therapeutic treatments, and beauty processes.
Entrepreneurship
An entrepreneur is an individual who creates a new business, bearing most of the risks and enjoying most of the rewards. The process of setting up a business is known as entrepreneurship. The entrepreneur is commonly seen as an innovator, a source of new ideas, goods, services, and business/or procedures.
Life Skills Classes
It is a type of education in which skills are developed to make the child efficient in such a way that he can make decisions in odd situations by his ability and intelligence. At the same time, such miseries have to be developed in human life. So that he can become a skilled citizen.
Barbering
As a barber, you get to specialize in the cutting, trimming, and styling of hair, mustaches, and beards. Barbers are the specialists in masculine style, providing facial, shaving, and hair-cutting services to men. The barber career choice has also seen a recent resurgence or rise in popularity.
Finance
Personal finance is the process of planning and managing personal financial activities such as income generation, spending, saving, investing, and protection. The process of managing one’s personal finances can be summarized in a budget or financial plan. This guide will analyze the most common and important aspects of individual financial management.
Our Programs
The programs we offer are designed to prepare the youth for the future. Statistics show that youth who have a diverse background will have a smooth transition into adulthood. We believe in building moral standards and guidance in the youth will provide a positive outlet to the youth in minority communities.

At No More Murders Stop the Violence, INC. we also offer Mentorship, Counseling Services, Life Skill Classes, Financial Literacy, and Entrepreneurship Classes. And we believe in teaching these youth alternative methods to conflict resolution.
